Designed (and committed) the **intake router + talent catalog** spec, born from prototyping a real Agent EA intake via Atlassian JSM. Started as "put in a request for Agent EA" (a manager wants an *état des lieux / bilan de santé par département*), pivoted into testing the JSM intake mechanic end-to-end, then into designing the conversational intake router. Created live test ticket **JCT-16** in the JCT service desk (STM client), proved the full API loop works (create → set custom fields → transition → assign). Then discovered the design is ~80% already specced (Camille Requirements Capture Bot + Approved ticket-to-deployment pipeline), so the new spec is a surgical **extension**, not a rebuild.
- → **Validate the open assumption in spec §3** — user must confirm: improvement stream is light + can be operator-initiated, distinct from new-talent creation (always senior-gated). Flagged but unconfirmed.
- → User offered 3 next actions (unanswered when /session-close fired):
- → (rec) Commit spec [DONE this session] + file an **INF** request ID to track it
- → Create initial `company/talent-catalog.json` (Layer 1) with real offerings
- → Return to **JCT-16**: Agent EA produces the pilot-department STM bilan
- → The 5 JSM config gaps (spec §10) are **UI-only** — user must do them in JSM admin (expand Service field options, add Département field, decide Agent EA service account, etc.).
