  • Given any prescribed exercise, when presented to the user, then the coach includes a photo or a reputable URL demonstrating proper form
  • Given a longevity topic question, when asked, then coach references reputable frameworks (Tai Chi, calisthenics progressions, positive psychology) with source attribution
  • Given any medical or risky symptom, when detected, then coach recommends consulting a professional

Definition of Done

Success Criteria

  • 30-day: User engages with coach 5+ days/week, reports subjective wellbeing improvement
