What it contains

Per TFD-0021 Actions §3, a bundle ships:

  • agent definition
  • skills
  • hooks
  • optional .mcp.json
  • CONTEXT.md (token convention)
  • client README

Pablo defines the convention upstream; Stage 5 of the production line emits it natively.

Distribution

  • v1 channel: GitHub Releases (free, versioned, SHA256 integrity). TFD-0021 Actions §2
  • Install mechanism: .zip + --plugin-url (RD-0024). TFD-0021 Decision
  • Spike-first: one low-stakes talent (NOT agent-ea) validates before broad retrofit.

Future additions (per TFD-0023)

  • Maya wiki layer — Maya is upstream of the bundle and becomes the knowledge component every talent ships with.
  • /lint-wiki skill — rolls into the toolkit-catalog bundle; Kai owns lint semantics, Diego owns packaging.
