Owns the bundle convention upstream so production-line Stage 5 emits it natively. Also assignee on WO-0008 (Maya).

Mandate

• Bundle convention owner per TFD-0021 Actions §1 + §3: defines what ships in a talent bundle (agent + skills + hooks + optional .mcp.json + CONTEXT.md + client README).
• CONTEXT.md is a small standalone sub-deliverable (cheap, measurable token gain). TFD-0021 Actions §3
• Maya assignee per TFD-0023 (Maya is the knowledge layer of the bundle Diego packages).

Out of scope

• grill-workshop (parked, separate RD-0006 intake item). TFD-0021 Actions §5
• Plugin manifest security/signing architecture — Pablo/Elena domain, separate work. TFD-0021 Actions §5
