Framework library (TFD-0010 refined by TFD-0022)
The factory's internal library of frameworks (Macroscope, LeanIX, TOGAF, Privacy, etc.) under a single owner — Francois.
Structure
After TFD-0022, each framework package has three layers + one shared resource + one skill:
- Content templates —
production-lines/digital-talent/frameworks/<capability>/<framework>/templates/(existed before). - Rendering templates —
production-lines/digital-talent/frameworks/<capability>/<framework>/templates/rendering/(added by TFD-0022). - Shared exporters —
production-lines/digital-talent/frameworks/_shared/exporters/(one exporter PDF/Word serves the whole library). - Skill —
/toolkit:framework-publishindustrializes new framework / add template / republish flows. Extracted after MET-0008 validates (anti-drift).
Why both layers under one owner
Forking the rendering ownership to Remy would have created TFD-0010 structural debt. Single-owner principle was the deciding factor. TFD-0022 Rationale
Roles around the library
- Francois — owns the library (content + rendering + skill).
- Remy — operates publication of final deliverables at the client (JCT, intranet, SharePoint).
- Elena — consumes by filling content for EA mandates.
- Pablo — consumes for digital talent assembly.
