• v1 channel: GitHub Releases (free, versioned, SHA256 integrity). TFD-0021 Actions §2

Constraint

• Spike-first gate. Must validate with one low-stakes talent — NOT agent-ea (frozen v1, too political). Measure install friction before any broad retrofit. TFD-0021 Actions §2 + Risk
• Only after spike passes: update /deploy-package and /deploy-checklist; demote OneDrive copy-paste to documented enterprise fallback. TFD-0021 Actions §4

Interface with Pablo

Pablo owns the bundle convention upstream (what ships: agent + skills + hooks + optional .mcp.json + CONTEXT.md + client README). Diego packages and releases what Pablo emits. TFD-0021 Actions §1 + §3
