This folder is docs only. The Écho source code lives in its own repo: C:/Projects/superwhisper-clone (referenced, never copied here).

Écho is a local Windows dictation tool (global hotkey → faster-whisper transcription → auto-paste), distributed on the Jackson Creek tools site (jacksoncreek.ca/tools/echo) with a JCT Jira feedback loop. It is the first pilot of the factory's tool-deployment pattern.

pipeline.md — the production stages + gates this tool passed through
(Plan 4 adds) how-it-works.html, internal runbook, client install/usage doc, and the reusable deployment template extracted from this pilot.
