Production Lines
Framework Library
Framework Library
Centralized framework reference for client digital talent deployments. Each framework is researched, documented, and packaged so it can be selected during production and deployed alongside a digital talent.
Organization
The library is organized by capability (domain of practice), then by framework within each capability.

{framework}/
overview.md ← What the framework is, when to use it, key concepts
templates/ ← Deliverable templates the talent uses
framework-guide.md ← Agent instructions — how the talent applies the framework
Usage
- Select — During Stage 3 (Pattern Selection), Pablo identifies the required framework from this library
- Copy — The framework package is copied into the client order folder
- Customize — If needed, templates and guide are tailored to the client context
- Deploy — The framework-guide.md is included in the talent's agent instructions
If a required framework is not in the library, flag it for Francois (Framework Specialist) to build.
Classification Levels
| Level | Description | Approval |
|---|---|---|
| Official Standard | Published by a recognized standards body (ISO, The Open Group, IEEE, etc.) | Auto-approved for use |
| Industry Practice | Widely adopted methodology or platform-specific approach (SAP, Microsoft, etc.) | Auto-approved for use |
| Community Guideline | Emerging practice, community-driven, or opinionated methodology | Riley evaluates, Clara approves |
Evaluation Gate — Community Guidelines
Community guidelines require evaluation before they are added to the library:
- Riley (R&D Evaluator) conducts a structured evaluation of the framework — coverage, maturity, community adoption, risk
- Riley produces an evaluation report with a recommendation (adopt / adapt / reject)
- Clara (Production Line Manager) reviews the evaluation and makes the final approval decision
- If approved, Francois packages the framework into a library entry
Official Standards and Industry Practices skip this gate and are packaged directly.
