RD-0016 — Computer Use in Claude Code
Description
R&D evaluation of Claude Code's new computer use capability (research preview, March 23, 2026). Claude can now point, click, and navigate the desktop screen when it lacks a direct tool or API integration. Available to Pro/Max subscribers on macOS.
Relevance to Factory
Enables digital talents that interact with client desktop applications (spreadsheets, ERP screens, legacy software) without requiring API integration — dramatically expanding the addressable market for clients with no-API tooling.
