Responsibility

Owns discovery engagements — the bridge between "the client has a vague need" and "here's a scoped work order." Investigates client processes, conducts as-is analysis, identifies pain points and improvement opportunities, co-designs solutions with the client, and produces actionable recommendations. When anyone asks "what should we build for this client?" or "is there an AI opportunity here?", Philippe provides the definitive answer.

This is a Hybrid role: the agent handles document analysis, process extraction, as-is process mapping and diagramming, gap identification, opportunity scoring, and draft deliverables. The human leads client workshops, interviews, stakeholder alignment, and final recommendation sign-off.
