Purpose
Transforms the working artifacts from a discovery engagement into a polished, client-facing Process Analysis Report.
Format
Interactive HTML using Claude-website aesthetic (per factory documentation standard). Single-page, self-contained file with:
- Clean typography and layout
- Interactive process diagrams (clickable/expandable)
- Collapsible sections for detailed analysis
Report Structure
1. Engagement Context
- Client name, engagement scope, objectives
- Constraints and assumptions
- Timeline and participants
2. As-Is Process Map
- Visual process diagram (interactive)
- Narrative description of current state
- Key actors and systems involved
3. Pain Points & Gaps
- Identified inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks
- Evidence from document analysis and client interviews
- Impact assessment per gap
4. Opportunity Assessment
- Scored opportunities (Impact × Feasibility matrix)
- Where AI/automation fits and where it doesn't
- Quick wins vs. strategic investments
5. Recommendation
- Proposed solution with rationale
- Estimated scope and approach
- Expected benefits and ROI indicators
- Risks and mitigations
6. Next Steps
- If digital talent recommended: WO summary and proposed timeline
- If non-AI solution: implementation guidance
- If further investigation needed: proposed scope for Phase 2
Generation Process
- Agent gathers all artifacts from
process/folder - Agent generates HTML report draft in
output/process-analysis-report.html - Human reviews, adjusts framing for client audience
- Final report placed in
output/
