Context

All 17 factory workers deployed but zero products shipped. Focus group held to decide production strategy.

Decision

• First client: STM (Societe de transport de Montreal)
• First product: EA Agent (Enterprise Architecture agent based on agent-ea from bmad-dev)
• Continuous improvement is NOT a separate production line — autoresearch + /kb-ingest handles it
• Billing & Support (Stage 8) has no owner — CEO handles for STM, define process before client #2
• Methodology decision tree (BMAD vs GSD vs OpenSpec) deferred until after first ship

Consequences

• Focus on shipping, not building more foundation
• STM work order (WO-001) is the first run through the production line
• Lessons from first production run feed back into the line
